Release Notes for Dominion

PX Software Version 2.02.05 (firmware version will be

displayed as 02.02.05 in the GUI after an upgrade)

Version: DPX 2.02.05 Build 28550 Release Notes, Version 1

Date: July 11, 2011

Effective: Immediately.

Applicability:

This firmware release is for General availability (“GA”), and was tested

on a large cross-section of PX2-based model(s). There is an update to the

user guide for PX2.2. The model numbers of these PX units (including the

PX-1000, PX-2000, PX-3000, PX-4000, and PX-5000 series products)

have a PX2- prefix, e.g., PX2-1nnn, PX2-2nnn, PX2-3nnn, etc.. Some

custom engineered models may not be supported by this release. Please

check with Raritan Support if unsure of your PX model. Note that not all

PX models may be available yet. Models built after May 2011 may or may

not be supported in this release:

Please do NOT upgrade ANY other PX model(s) to PX 2.02.05,

because the unit may have been built after this release entered System

Test, and it may result in the unit becoming non-functional.

Please do NOT downgrade your PX2-based model to any prior release

as these models may not be supported in previous firmware versions.

Due to significant internal enhancements in PX 2.02.05, you cannot downgrade

from Release 2.02.05 build to ANY prior release.

Release Status: General Availability (GA) on specific PX2-based models with factory

shipments.

Dominion PX Overview:

Dominion PX refers to Raritan’s family of intelligent power distribution units.

Release 2.02.05 contains all enhancements and fixes which are listed below:

A) Support for IPV6; currently implemented [19107]:
